about the position
The Technical Consultant supports the Sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales process and ensures solutions are designed, scoped, and documented effectively. In addition, the role contributes to internal technical projects, helping improve systems, workflows, and innovation initiatives at SCOPSIS.
key responsibilities
- Join client meetings to gather technical requirements and provide expertise.
- Prepare proposals, solution designs, and technical documentation for Sales.
- Support the Business Development Manager in responding to RFPs, building estimates, and delivering client presentations.
- Collaborate with the Delivery/Tech teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations.
- Assist the CEO with internal technical projects such as workflow automation, integrations, and system improvements.
- Document processes and provide clear handovers to delivery teams once deals are closed.
qualifications
- Strong ability to translate client needs into practical technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM/automation platforms (HubSpot knowledge preferred).
- Problem-solving ability and an adaptable mindset.
required skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Technical background in software, IT systems, or data/AI solutions.
- 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution design.
