about the position

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join the Marketing & Growth team at SCOPSIS, supporting the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth rollout of marketing initiatives including but not limited to managing social media and newsletters to coordinating webinars and brand materials.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and creative someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, maintaining brand consistency, and helping drive engagement across our B2B tech audience.

key responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
    Manage and coordinate social media calendars across SCOPSIS platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X, YouTube). Support the creation, scheduling, and posting of engaging content in coordination with the Senior Graphic Designer.
  • Content Ideation & Coordination:
    Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to brainstorm and execute new content ideas, including posts, videos, campaigns, and brand visuals that align with SCOPSIS’s tone and values. Managing our relationship with external creative parties.
  • Email & Newsletter Management:
    Assist in creating and managing monthly newsletters and announcement campaigns from preparing content and layouts to scheduling and monitoring performance.
  • Website & SEO Support:
    Help maintain and update SCOPSIS’s website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment. Support SEO activities such as keyword updates, metadata reviews, and general site optimization.
  • Event & Webinar Coordination:
    Support the planning and promotion of webinars, events, and campaigns including communication with speakers, content preparation, and post-event follow-up.
  • Brand Consistency & Creative Support:
    Ensure that all marketing materials, posts, and visuals adhere to SCOPSIS’s brand guidelines and messaging. Contribute to branding projects, corporate templates, and internal communication assets.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
    Work closely with the Head of Strategy & Growth to align on campaign objectives and priorities, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging across channels.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    Track basic engagement metrics across social media, newsletters, and campaigns, and compile reports to identify what’s working and where improvements can be made.

qualifications

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of brand and design aesthetics.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media management and coordination.
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools and website CMS platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management.

required skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
  • Agency experience is a definite plus.
  • Technology industry experience is a definite plus.
