about the position

We are looking for a strategic and visionary Head of Marketing & Growth to lead SCOPSIS’s marketing function and drive measurable business outcomes.  

As Head of Marketing & Growth, you will report directly to the CEO, lead internal and external marketing resources, and collaborate closely with sales to ensure marketing directly supports pipeline growth and revenue. This is a high-visibility role where you will establish the marketing foundation, scale growth initiatives, and position SCOPSIS as a market leader in tech and data-driven solutions.

key responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute SCOPSIS’s marketing and growth strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Connect marketing outcomes directly to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team, ensuring innovation, accountability, and measurable impact.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction across all channels.

Campaigns & Growth

  • Lead multi-channel digital campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, retargeting, and Meta Ads.
  • Create, manage, and optimize the online sales funnel to generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
  • Define, track, and optimize growth metrics to meet requirements.
  • Streamline and automate the entire marketing funnel to drive efficiency and enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales efforts and support deal closure.

Content & Branding

  • Creation of articles, case studies, whitepapers, reports, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all content reflects SCOPSIS’s tone of voice: analytical, confident, and tech driven.
  • Direct internal designers and external partners to deliver brand-consistent visuals and assets.
  • Position SCOPSIS as a thought leader through content marketing, PR, and media visibility.

PR, Events & Partnerships

  • Lead planning and execution of webinars, events, and sponsorships.
  • Build partnerships with industry organizations, influencers, and institutions.
  • Oversee newsletters, email marketing campaigns, and media outreach.
  • Drive media engagement and secure thought-leadership opportunities for SCOPSIS.

Operations & Reporting

  • Manage and optimize the marketing and growth budget in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Generate regular reports showcasing marketing progress, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Oversee website performance, functionality, and SEO optimization to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain marketing-related company policies, guidelines, and records.
  • Implement and refine marketing automation workflows to streamline campaigns and support scalability.

qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Proven track record in growth marketing, lead generation, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong experience managing paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, SEO, retargeting).
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot CRM, GA4, Search Console, and CMS platforms (Webflow or others).
  • Experience in brand building, PR, and demand generation.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes.

required skills

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, AI, or data-driven industries.
  • Agency background or experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
