DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to set up infrastructure and deployment pipelines for a mission-critical enterprise platform. This is a contract role with a strong focus on security, scalability, and automation. You will be responsible for enabling smooth development, staging, and production environments, ensuring compliance with best practices for reliability and resilience.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend and frontend applications.

• Provision cloud infrastructure and relational databases.

• Containerize applications with Docker and manage orchestration (Kubernetes or equivalent).

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems.

• Manage secrets, SSL certificates, and secure configuration.

• Set up automated backups and disaster recovery processes.

• Work with developers to ensure smooth deployments across environments.

• Expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).

• Familiar with monitoring stacks (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).

• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices.

• Bonus: Experience supporting enterprise or compliance-driven platforms.

• 4+ years DevOps experience.
