SCOPSIS is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead its business development efforts in the MENA region, with a particular focus on Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the technology sector, with expertise in software development and data solutions. A strong technical background, proficiency in Odoo CRM, and a demonstrated ability to secure and manage leads are essential for this role. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and fostering strong client relationships to drive SCOPSIS’s growth in the region.
key responsibilities
• Take full ownership of sales targets and consistently exceed them by identifying and closing high-value deals.
• Identify and engage high-value clients through outreachand networking.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and refine sales strategies.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Track sales activities using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and Odoo.
